Hot Sea Monkey Love

Hot Sea Monkey Love

I do have more journaling from our cruise, but I had to post this bit of excitement we have going on at Casa Moran right now.

The Girl got a Sea Monkey kit for Christmas. A couple of weeks ago, we got it started. In just a few days, eggs hatched and we had itty bitty baby Sea Monkeys swimming around in their herky-jerky way. It was fun to watch them grow – boy, do they grow quickly! In just a couple of weeks, we had some fully mature Sea Monkeys. So mature, that this past weekend, we had a pair making some hot Sea Monkey love – for TWO WHOLE DAYS. I have named them Sting and Trudy. Make sure your sound is turned up for this:

I never dreamed I’d become a Sea Monkey pornographer, but there you go.

Now, we have a cute little preggers mama swimming around. I’m not sure how long she’ll stay pregnant, but this site has some great info – as well as lessons/worksheets if you’re a teacher looking to use this in a science class. When she’s ready, she will give live birth or lay eggs, depending on conditions (like tank temp). When she does, I’ll hopefully get pics and or video of the big event.

In the meantime, here are some pics of the little mama and some friends from this morning. I apologize for lack of clarity – they’re tough little buggers to capture while swimming so fast! As always, click on the pics to enlarge them.

More cruise musings coming soon!
